About me

budgetyatri is a personal blog and an attempt to share my stories and seekings. I would place myself in the category of frugal traveller and believe travelling helps me understand various aspects of life.

Being surrounded by books and lovely mentors since my childhood I like to uncover the philosophical facets of life, be it travelling or anything else.

If you were intrigued by the menus (Seeings and Seekings) I would like to offer my explanation. At a high-level, seeings encompasses the travelogues and seekings include fictional writing and my research on Bharat’s Jal Sanskriti. Let me know if wish to know more on this, I would be glad to connect and share.

Bike and a camera are my buddies when it comes to travelling. I own a Nikon D5100 with 18-55mm kit lens and Sigma 70-300mm telephoto lens.

Having used Bajaj Pulsar 150cc for more than 4 years I  switched to Bajaj Dominar 400 in 2017. Not a hardcore grease junkie but I am always intrigued and wish to unscrew the motorcycle engine to the core and get a first-hand experience of the metals running under the seat.

I liked the way you approached travelling. It’s a trend nowadays. Everybody is out with whatever they have, cars motorcycles, cycles and its good. Travelling teaches us so many things. But willing to learn everywhere you go is what I feel is interesting.
    You spoke my mind!!
All the best dear, keep riding!
Hope we will meet some day 🙂
